Julie has tremendous passion! What was especially helpful to me was watching her own commitment to becoming a healthier version of herself, even on those days when she had every reason to say forget it. She is a true inspiration.

Julie is amazing. We met because we were on this health and fitness journey together and we immediately connected. I honestly don't know how I'd go through this journey without her constant motivation and encouragement. She has awesome easy go to recipes and nutrition tips! She's definitely 5 star worthy!

Julie was first my friend and is now my fitness coach. She is so inspiring and has no qualms of sharing her ups and downs. She is 100% real all of the time. When I first shared my concerns that I couldn't succeed at exercise, she reminded me that I can do anything because I beat cancer. We are stronger together! Thanks, coach!

Julie is one of the strongest most supportive women I know. She is a constant support and light! Even though she has had a lot of obstacles to overcome, she is always pushing and striving to help others. She will help you with reaching your goals with love, poise and a little push.
