        The communication between staff is quite honestly the best I've ever encountered. The care team really cares about the patients, and having a 1:1 is the best case scenario for taking proper care of the patient. There is also a training lab at headquarters which rivals some nursing classes I have attended. It really is a terrific company that supplies proper resources for the patient and family, and proper training for the staff. I say these things out of the good will of heart; Team Select is a terrific company.

        Mrs. Chung is a provider for many of my residents. Her bedside manner, communication, and follow-up with residents, family members, and our care team are exceptional. We couldn't be more pleased with the mobile services through Team Select.

        I had back surgery on Tuesday. My husband called Amedisys home health care to get everything set up, which he did. Later that day we got a phone call from Team Select saying they have authorization and not sure why we called Amedisys, so we started working with them. He has spoken with team select a couple of times and was told someone would call today to set up a time to come out on Saturday. He just got the call, but instead of setting up a time we were informed that we needed to call our insurance to let them know we wanted to work with them so they could get authorization. Not only did Team Select lie about having authorization from our insurance to get us to go with them, now they have delayed my care. FYI amedisys had authorization by Wednesday. Unacceptable! Same on you Team Select. Your company knew Amedisys already had authorization, you lied to gain a client!
