I went and got my hair braided November 19th by the 26th of November I had over 30 braids fall out .. yes my hair is short but they knew ! I bring my own hair they discounted me $10 so I was supposed to only pay $190 got there with the hair I brought price went up $230 ( never once said don’t get hair this length it will cost more & they were fully aware of me getting my own hair ) now it’s Dec 12th and im being told they cant help me ! I’ve Literally put grades back in my hair myself which I paid so I don’t have to do my own hair And now I’m being told they cannot help me . Service: Hairstyling

They don’t wash nor condition hair don’t take any form of payment other then cash unwelcoming and questionably clean environment that coupled with poor customer service and attitudes lead to a negative experience. I left mid service. I expected better from our own people.
