Great Clips

This location is losing business to their nearby Great Clips by not opening until 10am when the others open at 8am. I don't care if there is problems getting enough stylists to work, the owner should open at 7 am to outdo their competition and do the job themself instead of staying closed and having their customers going to other locations. If it was me, I'd rather be overworked than out of business. They should be trying to outdo the other stores not submit to defeat. Service: Haircut

My boyfriend went into this Great Clips location and had an awful experience with the stylist Crista. She was very rude and disrespectful. She even stopped getting his hair half way and wouldn't let him speak to explain what she wouldn't. I would not recommend her at all and believe she should be fired.

Long wait times, even if its ur turn u have to wait for 10 mins. It seems they have difficulty remembering what style you did last time.

First and foremost, if youre thinking about working for this company Dont. You will be overworked. Ever wonder why your stylist disappeared on you? They got FED UP with the company! I have emailed Liz, the district manager about needing an email from her confirming my last day. I showed up to work, did my job, fulfilled my 2 weeks (Actually gave them a MONTHS notice) and she cant respond to my email. This confirmation from her helps me get HELP FOR MY 6 MONTH OLD. If they dont care about their employees & former employees, do you think they care about your complaints?? No one is reprimanded for ANYTHIIIIIIING. So your bad reviews are pointless, except keeping these poor ladies from making a living. My advice, you want a good haircut? Spend money on one & quit whining about a $16 cut. We are trained to cut QUICKLY so the company makes more money. Ive worked SO HARD & have been tipped $2. The reason you got a bad haircut? Because we dont care. Youre spending pennies on something we spent $17,000 to earn a license doing! Appreciate your stylists because Ill tell you what, we are SOOO OVER giving great customer service for people who dont appreciate. Liz, respond to my email.
