        The elevator sometimes doesn't work. Then it starts working again. There is obviously something going on.. Unreliable company.

        Pretty disappointed with these guys. Timeline they quoted for a new elevator and the time it took them was double. Extra expenses along the way that were not disclosed up front. Zero accountability by their team, just excuses. Installers and the people on site were amazing, no complaints there, just with the corporate bean counters. If you have another choice, I'd take it.

        I was at Starbucks and met a couple Otis elevator technicians. They were very professional, articulate and I thanked them, since I've never been on an Otis elevator that malfunctioned and they work very smoothly. Keep up the good work Otis.
