I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldnt honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldnt honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

I hired Metro Builders to do regrading of my property.I was so impressed with the quality of work they did. Dan was amazing - he oversaw the entire project and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future for other projects!

Very, Very happy with the quality of work and service we received on our renovation project. Metro Builders came out when they said they would, provided a complete detailed bid for our work along with some creative ideas which we were able to implement into our budget. The work was done on time and under the budget we had hoped for. If you need a quality building contractor, Metro Builders is a great choice...
