From the 1st phone call to inquire about having a garage door opener installed, the job appraisal to install I am pleased. The opener was just installed yesterday but the installer made sure to let me know he will help if any help is needed or problems arise. Thank you OnTrack! I will finally be able to use the garage and even park my car inside.

Had my doors replaced a couple months ago and they were on time, on cost, installed in one day, and the work area was cleaned up properly. Overall awesome experience and fair price.I heard the doors creaking a couple months later and they sent out a tech the very next day who was really informative and sorted the problem out in 10 mins. They stand by their work

The OnTrack service man was here this morning to fix a noise we had noticed in the door when it was opening. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and had it fixed in no time. We made the right decision with going with OnTrack.

Because there was a sticker with a phone number attached to the opener, I called to have the garage door opener looked at due to its sporadic operation. In short, the people I talked to were very courteous and set up an appointment within two days. The appointment was for three oclock, yesterday I received a call asking if would be acceptable if they got here sometime before three. I received a call this morning from the technician Steve M. saying he was ahead of schedule and if it was permissible he would like to come and look at the opener around 11:00 oclock. He was very professional but courteous, quickly determined the problem, changed the circuit board, reset the remotes, lubricated the track, spring, rollers and sliding guide. He wished me a Merry Christmas and was on his way to the next job before twelve oclock. I was totally pleased with the service.
