        I would give them 10 stars if I could. After two years of trying to find someone to fix our gate, Team Garage Doors really came through for us. The first company we hired (Elite) charged us $1,700 and never fixed the gate. They were flaky and didn't even show up when originally scheduled. It was such a bad experience that we stopped trying to fix the gate. Then, over a year later, we had another company come out but we did not feel good about the quote they gave us so we didn't hire them. The third company we contacted said they would call me back and they never did. Our house was robbed in January 2024 so it was time to get the gate working. Team Garage Doors had it fixed quickly and with excellent quality and craftsmanship. They were good communicators and totally reliable. And, their price was fair. They even came out on Easter Sunday to finish the job. Joe and Tim were awesome and super helpful. Don't waste your time with anyone else. If you want quality work at a fair price, call Team Garage Doors first.

        Team Garage Doors were great. They were able to come out the next day and replace the broken spring. Very courteous and professional. I knocked off a star because of the pricing. However, ALL companies over charge for services like this, so no one would get more than 4 stars. Update 3/27/2024: The company called and offered a refund to what I think is fair. Classy move! I told him that I didn't think they were cheating me, just that industry standards were too high in general. They did great work and I don't expect a refund. We settled on a discount next time I need them. This level of customer service deserves a raise from 4 stars to that 5th star. Thanks guys!

        Joe and his partner did an excellent job installing the automatic arms and ensuring everything was perfect for our new driveway gate installation. They were extremely professional and did not leave until everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them!
