Elite Garage Doors Repair, Openers & Security Gates

Not really sure what is going on here. Paid 1500/2800 on the promise new door would be installed today or Wednesday and I would be scheduled Saturday. Saturday came and went, I called they took a message said they would reach out to me. I called again today same thing, called back disconnected and hung up on me after saying a manager would get back to me, called again and was told there computers are down and they have no way to contact me due to the eclipse. I am not really sure what is going on but I would like them to either refund me or install a garage door.

My opener developed a strange new sound, a rattle. I called at 3:15 in the afternoon and Rick was here before 4:30. Identified the issue and replaced the belt. Identified the problem was caused by incorrectly installed springs by another company. SInce they may still be under warranty was understanding and encouraged me to give the other company a chance to fix their springs.
