        This is a little late but I wanted to make sure that I write this review. My husband got me this gorgeous arrangement designed by Penelope for my birthday. I dont know Penelope at all but with this arrangement I felt like she truly knew me. I was floored when I saw this arrangement. I have been bragging ever since. Thank you for the best birthday gift that lasted. You definitely made my husband the hero! Now I know where to go from now on.
