I live in ny so the time difference but be nice if the posted hours of operation or added it when you call them. And I was told by my agency that they have to send them my insurance cards so I asked them if they sent them yet and they tell me they dont,they come from the agency. So which is it. Do they come from them or my agency.

Very bad company, will steal your money. Stay away from them. If they report no payment to the credit bureaus. Just make a police report. Give to credit agency . And they will remove the bad report.

I suggest everyone not to use this company. I went into business with them without my knowledge as a car insurance broker. This is all shady business. How long do you need a loan that collects interest to pay for an insurance policy? I was never even offered the opportunity to purchase the policy in advance. I assumed it was like any other insurance company where you pay as you go. Anyway, these people are rude, condescending and very unprofessional and they thrive doing the back door business

If I could give this company 50 negative stars I would. They are extremely rude on the phone even the manager is condescending. Then they lie and steal your money
