I had been using one of their blood pressure monitors and I was getting frequent error codes. I spoke with a representative and I was told they would send me a new one. Instead of a new one they sent one that should probably have been thrown away. It looked old and beat up and didnt even have a box. I could see where they tried to clean it because some of the label print was wiped off. After putting the batteries in and pressing the start button it did not even turn on. I dont know what Medicare pays them but I would expect them to send out something that works.

I have not been able to see my monthly report since September 2022. Who's to say my defibrillator is even functioning. I get told from the Dr office someone from ironrod will contact me about the changes and where to look for the reports well it's almost February 2023 and nothing...

This system is a medical scam. No daily monitoring. My pacemaker shut down one lead due to battery replacement needed. Three months later, I was seriously ill and had emergency pacer replacement. They missed it all. What a shame. The website is a farce. My doctor is Dr. Stephen Stark of Citrus Cardiology in Inverness, FL. My name is Thomas Nichols. And this situation even gets worse.
