This is the WORST ENDODNTIC GROUP in this entire world. I am in SEVERE PAIN, this is AN EMERGENCY. I waited 1 week to be seen, finally I get to the office and the office staff is SO ADOLECENT they were UNABLE to locate my insurance and so I was unable to be seen for MY EMERGENCY. Then they tell me that the next appointment is not for ANOTHER 2 WEEKS OUT. I am at a loss for words about this facility as they hire people who are young, immature, and dont know how to do their job. Gosh, I wonder how the dentist works if the office staff is this bad? Im actually glad I didnt get treatment here, i probably would have left with no teeth and possible death. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TREATMENT THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

This is the most pathetic DSO Ive ever come across. Ive been in the dental world for years. While living on the west coast I had a very short stent working here and the wife of the CEO is a joke, aka the boss the management they had was a joke, Dr. Lally was a joke, and a pathetic excuse of an Endodontist. The fact that its 23 and they only have 11 locations speaks volumes. If I could give them negative stars I would ! Dont go here for any services! There is a reason there is a revolving door here.

Dr. Trent Lally and his staff are amazing. I needed a root canal done and the whole procedure from start to finish was very pleasant. No pain what so ever. Dr. Trent Lally does a great job explaining the whole process. I never had a root canal done before and have heard horror stories from other people but when it came down to it the whole procedure went super smoothly. The staff is very cordial and friendly. You can tell they like working there. I highly recommend Dr. Lally and this location at the Biltmore.

Most people dont like the dentist, but oral surgery/root canal even worse. But this was the best dental experience I have ever experienced. Dr Lally and the staff were awesome start to finish. It is a comfortable atmosphere and I felt safe the whole time. As for the procedure, the knowledge, communication and handling from Dr Lally was great. He explained the procedure, the expectations and the assessment clearly. The winner of my procedure was that I had zero pain, or even much feeling with just the shots. I had no discomfort at all. Doc did the root canal and then put a temporary filling. That filling has lasted a couple of years now as I have not wanted to find a dentistI dont know any good ones except Dr Lally. I recommend the team here and will return for all my root canals!! LOL!
