The company's operations demonstrate potential but suffer from significant gaps in understanding regulations and labor laws. It's evident that the staff and management lack up-to-date knowledge and technological support. There is a noticeable need for the organization to prioritize compliance and modernize its approach to ensure smoother operations. A concerted effort to address these shortcomings could significantly enhance the company's efficiency and credibility within its industry. For instance, the company does not have knowledge- including upper management- on a I717 form in case a green card is shown to be expired. Sad to say the least.

The older Black woman receptionist gave me the hateful mean look and was very rude when I came in for interview with Jason. I think she dislikes me because I'm white. I left immediately.

Very slow at getting background check so you can go to work. It's been 30 days and still no background check.
