John was awesome. He came in to fix some lighting at Mattress Firm while I was working there as well - and was fantastic with any customers that he came into contact with, and always drew a smile from them. Full of positive energy - hes got a great balance of personality & professionalism, does quality work, and most importantly he makes it happen efficiently. Highly recommend him for any job you have! We need more people like John in this industry. Thanks a bunch!

Very disappointed in the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and theft. Better to look for a different company. I have way too much to say about these crooks. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Mr. Stull, we apologize that the experience did not live up to your expectations. As was explained throughout, the requirements of regulatory agencies and utility providers are beyond our control. Despite information they may initially provide to a property owner, it is their sole discretion to require an upgrade to commercial-grade products over residential, upon review of the site. When a contractor is brought into perform the work, it is unreasonable to expect them to bear the significant cost difference between the equipment quote based on information provided by an owner and an adjusted requirements by the utility. Of course, cost escalation is not our preference for any client. Recognizing the circumstances of this situation, Kortman went above and beyond to assist by interfacing with the County and the utility provider, offering significant financial discounts, and performing technical repairs to preexisting, unsafe electrical conditions on the property.We pride ourselves on our values and ethical standards as a respected contractor in the valley for 40 years, and we continue to look for ways to improve service to our clients.
