Not a patient. Would have like to be one because I live in the area. After reading reviews about the Wellness Plan, that other reviewers said is required to pay into in order to be seen by the providers at this office, I decided to call the office and confirm. After speaking with the receptionist she kindly confirmed that this is true. I agree with other reviewers that this makes the practice appear to be money driven and not patient centered which is what I am looking for for me and my husband. Hopefully the offices manager(s) and providers will take the time to review this post and others alike and see how it may be negatively affecting their practice and limiting healthcare access to the community. - From a Nurse Practitioner

This review is for the entire Norterra Practice. Cant handle their patient load, do not get sick, you will be sent to an Urgent Care. If you are put on a waiting list and are called, you have one hour to respond, another policy. Person checking you in may have 9 nails, appears to be a potential cleanliness/sanitation issue. Sarna reprimanded me for using another Dr. for a medical issue; however her case load is such that she cant see you for months, most everything is directed to her PA. Molly the PA is awesome and carries the load in this practice.
