        After driving thirty minutes to an appointment on the third floor of 202 E Earl and having to park on the second story of the offices parking structure.- while experiencing a bowel movement emergency-the fine folks at the reception desk said I would have to visit the facility my appointment was with (third floor) for the bathroom code back down on the first floor. Absolutely foul treatment of another human being.

        Drove 30 minutes to get to my new patient appointment 15 min early only to be kept in the waiting room for 45 min and someone come out to tell me they cannot see me today and make alternate arrangements. Will establish care elsewhere.

        Dr. Modesta is very thorough, caring, and proactive in her approach. Labs are very convenient as she does that in her office as well. Ive been with her since 2017 and she helped turn my health around.
