I applied for a second opinion to get an in depth opinion of the L5 S1and the surgeon, Dr Uribe, reviewed some of the information I was in the process of sending and gave a determination. The report was vague and talked in terms of some evidence and suggestive and possible and did not go into depth as to what the real evidence was in the MRI or wait until they had the rest of the reports that were still being sent. The report I received was one paragraph and looked like it had been a copy and paste from the first surgeon that I saw prior to going to Barrow. Barrow Neurological came across as their surgeons are superior to others surgeons and people can come there for treatment that others Drs miss diagnose, and are better qualified to do surgeries that other Drs didn't get right. That was the reason I went to them. Don't waste your money on a second opinion and just get an opinion from your local Dr.
