Oh my Dr. Reiser my first visit with her. I'm very comfortable talking to her like I'm her patient before. She's knowledgeable very patience, tender doing my EMG testing. I was very thankful for my PCP referral to her. The clinic is very clean homey and lab is next door. Front desk Vicky is very nice too. I'm very excited to referred her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Reiser for knowing you.

I took my grandmother here and they sent her all the way to Apache Junction for an MRI, which she couldnt even get because she has a loose lead from her pacemaker. The whole experience between her and her front desk are wack.

Her receptionist is probably chasing patients away because he chased me away. I had called and asked if I had the correct address and he said yes when I went to that address she was not there she had moved. When I called them he told me the new address and proceeded to tell me that he would not say that the old address only the correct address but I was wrong and he was right and never even acted like a person who serves the public. As far as the doctor goes, she was OK but she never got my records she never sent me for a brain MRI like I have to get every few years and just sent me on my way with a diary- when I called him to get a refill on my prescription the male receptionist called me back and told me I needed to come in and I said for what purpose and he said because you have to and I said oh, he then proceeded telling me I left before he can make another appointment. And then brought up the past issue with the address. He is not a customer service person, he is not a nice person. And Im sure she doesnt have many patients because of him- I will never go back to her because of him

Nothing will ruin a good doctors office more than an arrogant, irrational receptionist. Yet somehow some of these cretins still manage to worm their way into medical offices. Hi, this is how I start a review when I am deeply upset. My husband had neck surgery and has developed undiagnosed post-operative issues. As a condition of his disability insurance, he is required to see specialists chosen by the insurance company. At his recent intensive physical they were unable to get his resting heart rate down, and out of concern they would not proceed with his appointment. We were advised he would need to see Dr. Reiser before his physical would be rescheduled. We are not local, so we left over two hours before the appointment, because when driving to Phoenix I always allow for extra time to get there. On the way we hit more traffic/construction than anticipated and it became apparent that we would not be there on time. I called and gave the receptionist specific information. I told her that our GPS was stating wed be 15-16 minutes late and I was told that she would, let the doctor know [we] were running behind. That was it. At this point we were still about 30 miles away. When we arrived we were actually a couple of minutes early but had difficulty locating the suite. I called and let the same receptionist know we were there, we just needed to know where exactly they were located. She told me where to find their suite, and when we walked in, her first words to us were, We canceled your appointment and we need to reschedule you. We both just looked at her and asked why and she said, because youre late. I had to walk out to compose myself. My husband has been suffering for so long I was really looking forward to him meeting Dr. Resier. I understood that we were the ones running late. However, I couldnt understand why the receptionist didnt tell me about the late policy during either one of our phone calls but waited for us to complete the 90 mile drive. Her demeanor was so cold and lacked any empathy or compassion for not giving us the correct information. There wasnt even an apology. The most perplexing part of the whole interaction was that she seemed to take a certain enjoyment in our frustration. And heres the icing on the cake. While I was outside in the parking lot trying to take a deep breath my husband asked if he could please be seen and was told, no because he was, 45 seconds late. When I walked back in I asked her directly why she didnt notify me of the late policy. Her response was a condescending, all doctors have late policies to which I responded, I KNOW, thats why I called you! I asked her why she didnt call us back to tell us and her excuse was that the insurance company didnt give her any of my husbands contact information. She said this after I had been on the phone with her twice She also said that I had told her we were just going to be, a few minutes late, I corrected her, and then she admitted I had told her the exact time. So I asked her again why she didnt mention the late policy. Her response was nonsensical, you were the ones who were running late. When I told her she was being incredibly rude and unprofessional she laughed and said thank-you. None of the interaction with this incompetent woman made any sense. I told her that we could have gone home and rescheduled and she just shrugged us off. My husbands insurance co. is now reconsidering sending patients to this doctor. I understand how hard it is to find a specialist in AZ. However, knowing that patients do not go to a neurologist because they are the picture of health and well-being, I recommend not adding any additional condition-agitating stress to your life by going to this office until Dr. Reiser can find a competent, KIND receptionist able to perform the most basic requirements of their job.

I'm sorry to hear of an issue with the MRI facility scheduling. Unfortunately we do not determine the day/time/ location of those tests, that is handled with the imaging facility scheduling department. Please contact us with these kind of concerns in the future, we probably could have called to get it moved to a more convenient place if we had known.
