My daughter has been with touchstone for about a year now. She was in girls group along with counseling. Her psychologist, case manager and therapist were all amazing. The issue here is the touchstone system, the lack of respect for the children in there facility. They let go of l my daughters therapist and over 3 others with no warning or reason to the therapist or the families. Then about 2 months later I find out my case manager is no longer with the company either. Again i have no knowledge of this. All the children here have issues hints to why they r using your services, and for the lack of compassion to rip their support system from under them, as a company in mental health is beyond my understanding. Please be aware of this, if your child has issues with warming up to people, trusting in people and needs consistency with a therapist this may not be a good fit.
