        He was very rude and condescending to my Wife. She was instructed to go to the ER by her OB and he made her feel like she was wasting his time. The rest of the staff at TMC was incredible but after just a few minutes of talking to him she was in tears, a nurse had to actually step in and cut him off because even she thought his attitude was incredibly unprofessional. I expect much more from an MD in emergency medicine.

        Dr. Serge, you probably have no idea who I am since you see patients so often. I just want to tell you how much I appreciate everything you did, and everything you wanted to do. It's very uncommon to have a doctor that wants to look very thoroughly into things, and even go as far as a lumbar puncture. That really impressed me. Most doctors probably would have discharged me 5 minutes after I arrived, without looking into things at all lol. Thank you for taking such good care of me! --Kara
