Update: 1/23 Even with a significant mental health rating my therapy via community care has been canceled . Phoenix VA canceled my therapy because they suggest I should have been cured already. Sent a medical claim to their claims department (via tracked UPS shipping)since I had to pay nearly 10k out of pocket for surgery , and I have not heard back. It has been nearly 4 weeks. I have called every week day for 2 weeks. The 3 times I have gotten through to speak with someone about making a mental health and a primary care appointment I have been cut off , interrupted, and transferred to the wrong department. Much like the San Diego VA the Phoenix VA is providing poor customer service .

Remind me why our taxes pay for sub par service, why do so many sacrifice just to come back and be treated by entitled "worker's" who can't even show up or staff the hospital enough to provide treatment or service for veterans. Something as simple as doing a stupid covid test can't even be facilitated at 10am on New Year's Eve because, reasons!?! Seriously this hospital is ridiculous and the staff is rude 95% of the time you come here. I hate having to come here for anything and when I actually need something I have to jump through hoops and make an appointment that's months out so if you're terminally ill look for a better hospital this place is filled with EMPLOYEES not healthcare workers
