Avoid if you can, billing department is a NIGHTMARE. I went here for my third pregnancy, loved my OBGYN Dr. Tilden but when she left we continued care with Dr. Dowland (another good doctor). But none of that matter since the billing department is HORRIBLE to work with! We were billed for many things that my insurance covers 100%, communicated that with them but they were adamant that they were correct and my insurance was wrong. We ended up eating the bill because it was getting no where with them and they were reluctant to do anything on their part to look into it, aka their job. My husband and I literally told them the coding the insurance said they needed to use and the women we spoke with said no they billed it right and they wont be billing it the way my insurance said to. When Tilden opened her office we switched care meaning I had to cancel one appointment with this office before I gave birth, had a healthy baby and a great birthing experience with her office. Almost a month later I have this office trying to bill my insurance for switching care, for past appointments my insurance already paid for, and one appointment I had canceled with them a week before it was scheduled. We cant seem to escape this horrible billing department. Ive switched OBs before and NEVER have I had to pay them for previous appointments and transferring information. Doctors are great but the mess they make you put up with with their billing really takes away from that.

Sarah Jones was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Her and the assistant kept conversations going during the whole visit, it was never awkward or uncomfortable. The office and lobby were so clean and bright. I suggest anyone that lives in the North valley should go here.

I know this will be a lot to read but I hope you take the time to read this before you make an appointment here. My first pregnancy I saw Dr. Tilden every single appointment was rushed and felt like she had no time for us. I figured it must always be this way as a first timer. Fast forward to my 39 week appointment my blood pressure was high. Dr. Tilden said she wasn't concerned. Went into labor 2 days before my due date and she didn't even deliver my baby I had to see a brand new doctor. I found out after delivering I had pre eclampsia and was put on medication. A few days went by and my pressure spiked uncontrollably and was back in labor and delivery for 5 days. Not once did Dr Tilden come check on me after seeing her my whole pregnancy. Now 14 months later considering another baby. I made an appointment this time with a different doctor. I made this appointment to go over my questions and fears going through another pregnancy and getting pre eclampsia again. Not only did I wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen but this new Dr. Dr Medina was probably the worst doctor I've ever seen. She had no empathy no compassion literally made me feel stupid for being there and was like okay did I answer all your questions? Gave me no information at all. I was with her less than 5 mins. I felt so stupid and clearly wasted her time being there with my concerns. She didn't reassure me or make me feel comfortable with my next steps in ANYWAY. I just really hope no one has to go through this. We have feelings and sometimes these doctors just don't care. Please if you want to feel like a human and be treated with some dignity and care please find somewhere else to go. I learned my lesson and will never go back.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get a prescription filled and make an appointment. No option to leave a message.
