I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this place is. The building is easy to access, is very clean and everyone is fantastic. From beginning to end of your visit you are greeted with a smile and kindness. There is valet parking for $4 or free with handicap plate/placard. Valet is usually quick and efficient. Monday is usually the busiest day. Thank you to all the staff for helping the family with our transplant journey!

Dr. Daley, his entire staff, are the most caring, wonderful people I have encountered under any circumstance in a very very long time. Odd as what I am about to say may sound, but in the face of being diagnosed with cancer, each person I engaged with made my experience so pleasant. I am so appreciative of their professionalism and care. A model example of how health care engagements should be conducted.

As a native American with end stage liver disease this facility has only shown that the color of your skin And amount of money in your pocket will determine your care here. I have been dropped numerous times only to be told its the normal and it doesn't just happen to me. I was told i had 3 years to live and im surpassing year 4 thanks to my own work and not listening to the doctors. We shouldnt have to advocate for better health care. Their hepotologists seem to quit at an alarming rate only to relocate to a different department and we are told “the liver is a ver complex organ”. Yet this “hospital” cant help me and my native people. Its bad enough we are all mistreated by the people and government but now our healthcare. If you dont believe me go ask your grandparents they are treated at these places when they can only speak native american languages. Im tired of it and have proof my case has been mishandled numerous times. These nurses and doctors know me here and dont like confrontations with me because they know its wrong. Im not violent but i raise my voice anywhere im told to calm down

You should reevaluate the staff who intake phone calls. A woman was extremely rude to my friend who is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. Was downright harassing her asking if she used CBD oil. My friend suffers from severe seizures so when she responded that she had used CBD oil in the past in hopes to aid her with her seizures the woman on the phone started belittling her and berating on the phone. I cannot believe someone working at an institution meant to help those in need could be so disrespectful and mistreat others. She could have respectfully explained why my friend should try to avoid using CBD oil if it is somehow disqualifying. It costs nothing to be kind especially to someone who is struggling with their health. You should be ashamed.
