The neurologist is great. However the receptionist i would rate -5 i was 12 min late for my apt, but i called them while i was stuck in traffic on the way they said if i was 10 min late no problem, but than 2 min more they marked me as a NO other patients in the lobby. However Dr Doorani he is the greatest

I give them -5 as well, I suffer from migraines and I had a MRI scan done on November, my appointment was set for the last week of January, when I saw the doctor for the results, he mention my MRI scan showed i had a mini stroke, I cant believe I wasnt told to come in sooner or atleast give me a phone call about it. After that he scheduled me to come back in 5 months, and order another MRI scan and bloodwork. I think Ive done about 2-3 scans after that appointment. I got prescribed medicine and I was never told about. Walgreens called me, telling me a medication was ready. If I dont call these people they dont call me, after a bunch of abnormal MRI scans not ones I was called for results. I called and ask if I was getting a sooner appointment than 5 months. They said no. Thats why he prescribed the medication, so u can take it until my appointment. On the last MRI I was told its still showed abnormalities and I asked exactly what part and there werent able to tell me. So technically i have to wait till my appointment which now is in 4 months but im relief that they referral me out to another specialists.About my migraines there referral me out to a head doctor (neurologist) makes no sense but there doing me a favor.
