Always a wonderful experience & comfortable appointments at the 16th St. & Southern location. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. They greet you right when you walk in & are attentive to my needs and concerns. I literally always leave with a smile! Thank you for your awesome care.

My first time trying Rivas Dental and Braces. I walked into their brightly lit facility and was immediately greeted by a staff member who verified my insurance and ID. Next, I sat down with another young lady to complete my information. She was so kind and helpful. I could tell she loved her job. I was amazed when I went for x-rays. The new technology made it simple and quick. This staff member also was smiling and bubbly. Before I met with the dentist, she sat me in an examination chair and asked if she could bring me some water, which was nice. Next, I got to meet the dentist. He reviewed the x-rays and showed me what he saw. He took his time explaining what I would need and why. Then my teeth were cleaned and the dentist can=me back in to remove some tartar from my teeth. What I loved about this was that there was no scraping. He used a new technique that was much quicker and did not require any scraping at all. Now, after all this, I must say that all my life I have dreaded going to the dentist. I was so pleased with this experience I could hardly wait to post. Dr Millett and his staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you, Rivas, for making this such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this office!
