I've had Dr Yohannes for a long while and have referred others to him. Not only is he a good dentist but super compassionate. He truly cares about his patients.

First visit was great, the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. The problem was when Dr Yonas ordered new upper dentures. HE promised a great smile that was in march he made the impressions I finally got the dentures in April then they were horrible, they looked like horse teeth I couldn't even close my lips so he send them back when I complained. I got them back in June and they still didn't fit. I called to get and appt to return the dentures so he could fix them. I was put in one of the rooms and was left there for an hour. I could hear the dentist see patient after patient till I complained to assistant she must have told him because he came in and I could tell he was frustrated he said to leave the dentures that it would take 2 to 3 weeks. At that point I told him that was unacceptable I left and called my insurance they refered me to another dentist they told me to come in that afternoon and to days later i had new teeth looked great and fit perfect. I'll never go back to Dr Yonas.
