Great company! We met with TJ regarding a commercial project and were very impressed with how knowledgeable, honest, and professional he was. Scheduled an Appointment with a girl at their office - both myself and my wife took off work early to meet this person who never showed up. I called the company at 4:50 (10 minutes after our Appt time, and 10 minutes before they were closing for the day,) but no one answered it went straight to voicemail. This company just called me back to say we 'we must've spoken with a different girl there, and she never 'confirmed' we actually had a 4:40 appt... I said I wouldn't have just misunderstood her and taken off work to meet someone. They also had the audacity to say that my project wouldn't work in the budget I'm looking for. It really sounded like they were trying to cover themselves for THEIR mistake / oversight in scheduling, but the nerve to say you can't do a project (you haven't even seen) - for under my budget I find ridiculous. I have had 4 other contractor estimates telling me it's plenty do-able in my current budget, so I don't appreciate the disrespect over the phone. It's obvious since I'm not a big ticket project, that I didn't have the attention of this company. We were excited to meet you - so we're highly disappointed to say the least. Wouldn't use them even if they called to reschedule, just from the disrespectful phone call, and obvious internal scheduling issues.

In the June of 2022 we contracted with ArDan Construction to transform our four very tired, vintage 1980s necessary rooms into the beautiful state of the art bathrooms they are today. This bathroom project was the second one we contracted with ArDan, the first being a new exterior walk deck and in both instances, we could not have been more pleased. From the very outset of our bathroom project, ArDan brought a can do attitude to work. The ArDan Team successfully navigated the uncertainties associated with COVID, a fluctuating labor market & supply chain, and harnessed the considerable talents of their trusted trade partners. Working with ArDan continues to be a five-star experience. We highly recommend!
