Taught me how to see toxic behaviors from unhealthy people. Fostered healthy family practices. Held me accountable to HIGHER STANDARDS of SELF-WORTH.

I found him to be extremely arrogant and condescending. Instead of helping my family, he actually made us divisive and questioning our own values. Best to find someone else.

I disagree whole heartedly with the previous reviewer who found him arrogant. Thats a very poor characterization from someone who clearly was dissatisfied with their own personal results. However you get out of therapy exactly what you put into it. Mr. Boarman is a breath of fresh air if you are looking for a therapist who has a straightforward, logical approach to help you break down problems, frustrations, and tough emotional issues. No, he is not a touchie-feelie hippie type like Ive found from many therapists, and from my perspective thats a big bonus! He holds people accountable for the roles they play in their own situations, and ultimately that gives you a clearer understanding and helps you achieve your goals far more quickly, if you are receptive. Additionally, good location, always prompt, highly recommend.
