They arrived on time, very organized, and installed the unit exactly where we wanted it. They completed very quickly, and set it up the exact way we needed it to fit our needs.

The installation service was spot on. I was disappointed that the first time I called, no one answered the phone but the message asked me to text the number, which I did. After two weeks went by, I had to do a follow up call for a request for service. Scheduling was easy, and communication between my phone call and my appointment was very good. Adam (the installer) kept in touch with me up to the time he arrived at my house. I would recommend this company to my friends.

E-Z Garage stands behind their product. A manufacturing glitch in the spool caused the cables to split the plastic. E-Z came out that same week, replaced the cables and we are as good as new. It is so nice to see a company react so quickly. Dakota was great. He was quick and efficient. If you use E-Z Garage, you will not be disappointed.
