Pat's name of his company says it all. Exceptional Home Services!!! Pat is exceptional in his service and communication, work ethic and more! Several years back the A/C on my rental went out on a Sunday, Pat got the A/C up and running on his way out of town, then came back that week and finished up the job. Fast forward, I called in the late morning on my current home, Pat came and looked at the home, assessed the situation, he didn't think it could happen that day. He had other appointments, shortly thereafter he came to me and told me the part was under warrantee, (Praise God!) and told me within the hour he should be back to install the part! The air went out August 1st, and by 5:00 p.m. the same day the part was installed. So happy!!! Highly recommend!

Pat, the owner is an AMAZING person! My AC unit went out on me Sunday and he came to my rescue. The temperatures were soaring outside and my house was getting warmer by the minute. Pat was extremely professional and fixed my unit for me, for this I am a lifetime customer of Exceptional Home Services, LLC
