The crew at Parkside did an amazing job on our new build- we had some warranty work and they were super responsive, came right out and did a fantastic touch up job. I hope our next builder uses them too!

Parkside is absolutely terrible with their painting. They use Sherwin Williams paint for a start, cheapest grade they can and they do an absolutely atrocious job. They have been out 3 times to my brand new build to fix issues with the paint work they did, I'll attach just a few photos of their "best team" work. Ultimately the builder opted to have another company come over to fix what Parkside could not to appease me as well as paying for new paint for the entire interior of my home. I have already recommended them to be released as the builders contractor but apparently they are one of few paint companies that can "handle large volume". They dripped paint on my carpet in multiple areas and the tile throughout the house as well as missed several areas when they did paint. I would highly recommend using anyone over Parkside at this point in time. I wouldn't allow parkside to paint a shed for me after seeing their work.

Matt the owner won't respond to messages. Does poor quality work and mixes water in with their paint and says its acceptable. Leverages relationship with Sherwinn Williams to hide behind poor craftsmanship and lackluster quality. Reviews are written by business partners and family - take that as you will. Pancho their painter does a great job and is honest. Melissa their customer service agent didn't field questions or resolve anything, but was a face and was present. Kami their phone woman is overly rude and matter of fact. If you can avoid, avoid. Ask your new home builder if park side does their painting and request someone else or be extremely diligent when closing and with your punch list. (Taylor Morrison - Home Buyer)
