If I could give Marigold 10 stars I would!! From the first meeting where we walked the property and talked about what our wants/needs were - this has been an amazing collaboration. We tore down our existing home and rebuilt on the same lot, designing a new home using an architect they recommended. Even with COVID causing supply chain delays and price increases, Cheri and Jeremiah managed to keep up on schedule and on budget. Everything in the budget was laid out line by line, no hidden costs and no surprises. We got weekly status update emails, walked the build site with them multiple times and were always able to get fast responses with any questions or concerns. We are moving into our beautiful new home today (3 weeks ahead of schedule) and could not be more excited. If you have a big project or need a home built - USE MARIGOLD!!
