Had my tub resurfaced and they left with a absolute mess in my place with paint chips throughout the apartment and all in the carpet. Left tape on the walls were the masked off the bathroom, door stopper was lying on the floor, and left with no windows or vents on Service: Bathroom remodeling

Afsheen was professional and helpful. I cant rave enough about the craftsmanship and quality of our remodel. Choose JD Luxe and you wont go wrong.

Our tub in our apartment cracked, needed replacing. My complex only uses JD Luxe. They originally said 2 days. Which turned into 3 working days. Plus left my tub unfinished over weekend telling our apartment complex owner that we refused weekend service, which was a lie. As I work graveyard during the week and would have preferred it finished on weekend. They damaged floor and drywall during process. Thursday they showed up, removed old tub/shower set up and left. At my home for maybe 3 hours tops. Friday was told by guy personally he would be at my home at 8am. Didn't show up until 9:15. At my house with 3 guys for one small bathroom in there for 20 minutes. Left to go to home depot for plumbing pipes. Gone for about an hour. Came back. Here for 20 minutes again. Had to supposedly go back to home depot. All 3 were gone for roughly about 3 hours. Again. Started actually "working" at about 1:15. Left at 5:30 with tub bolted down. No shower walls installed just set new tub in that entire day. Came back Monday at noon. Had to call my complex to see if they were even coming. Still waiting on them to finish. Supposed to be done today. They have one hour. They work a hour, rest a hour from what I've observed. Shotty, unprofessional company. Lazy employees. I will move out of my apartment complex before dealing with these people ever again. Also pictures if anyone wants proof of damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING. Service: Bathroom remodeling

What a terribly pathetic way to address a REAL customers very VALID concerns! It seriously blows my mind how companies have the audacity to respond so unbelievably unprofessional to their blatant mess ups!!! Do your job ... simple!!! You mess up ... fix it!!! The fact that you responded so nasty to a client who's complaints were not only completely acceptable and valid, but also lawyer worthy just shows how you run your business and not one person should have to deal with such unprofessionalism!!! JD Lux Improvements needs to not only "improve" their work ethics, but apparently needs assistance in customer service and respect!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!
