One of their 44 trucks was in show low, Az damn near ran me off the road cause they can't read road signs that say get over. They were beside me almost hit me to where I had to hope I wasn't gonna get hit cause they were pushing their way In. Maybe next time I'll just let them hit me so the company has to pay for my car out of pocket since they obviously refuse to call me to take care of this problem. Tried driving away so I couldn't get plate number.

I live at Montelano Apts, I didn't like the blowers they used made a big mess broke windows. They also didn't fill the cracks in the pavement just sprayed over everything. But hey they worked fast. Since I am a resident not the person paying, sometimes you get what you pay for?

I just went through their online application process for a technical job. Their system slurped up my resume but then wanted me to complete all the details for every entry in the job history. They demanded addresses, phone numbers, supervisors and supervisor titles for every single one of them. While this does pretty much mirror the ancient application forms we all had to fill out back in the day, it's a bit silly for screening candidates during the hiring stage and in the modern era. I filled out the minimum of one job detail and deleted all the remainder that would prevent submission. Funny enough I recall that somewhere they called it a "3-minute" process. In my head I was imagining having to fill this all in later were I to be offered the job. As you can guess--that's not happening. While I do have at least twenty years in roles of the very same job description had somebody cared to glance at the resume, their system spit out a rejection email in roughly thirty minutes! There's certainly a possibility that I was discriminated against for age aka "too much experience" but obviously no way to prove it. Initially their system detected that I previously created an account. It's so ridiculous that they have a limited number of login attempts and account lockout after failure. It's like they'd rather you not apply. I had to do a password reset to get in which wasn't outright painful but this extra hurdle was probably three minutes by itself. In the back of my mind I thought I had had a bad experience with them before but I didn't locate any archived emails. Half the reason I'm posting this review is so I don't ever waste my time on them again. This will serve to refuel my disdain for their idiotic corporate practices should I ever be tempted.
