Copper State Kitchen

Copper State Kitchen catered our work lunch today and it was very well received. I have arranged these lunches for almost 10 years and there is truth to the statement " you cannot please everybody all of the time". I heard many rave reviews of the catering today from our employees. We really appreciated that the crew was here way before the event started, the presentation was beautiful and the food tasted amazing.

Delicious, beautiful, professional, clean, AMAZING and will book again.I booked Copper State Kitchen for a PayPal event to feed 103 employee's and I will book them for every event that I can.The food was the best food I've had brought into the office providing appetizers, main course dessert, and delicious horchata. The communication and planning was very professional and timely. The decor was beautiful and everyone in the office was impressed. "we eat with our eyes" and when we see food on a beautiful display it makes you want it more. The set up and clean up was quick and smooth and they did their own thing. Don't look anywhere else book with Copper State Kitchen.

Disappointed with service. Did not uphold the contact To include vegetarian options. We left hungry, rice was the only offering. They used a spoon from the meat to serve the rice. Unconscious!

Unprofessional. Showed up late. Did not prepare the menu as agreed upon. The food was not what was ordered, so I was not able to eat. There was no service as you would expect from a caterer. Ruined a great event.

Thomas Miranda promised vegetarian and gluten free along with omnivore options on a $3000 order for my church. He arrived 30 minutes late, set up very slowly. He and his helper sat on their phones and watched the lines grow long instead of assisting, as promised. Vegetarians received NOTHING vegetarian except a sad slice of palenta, while everyone else received short rib on the palenta, chicken skewers, cheesy additions to the bruschetta bar and instead of the guacamole they were promised, Thomas and Copper State Kitchen gave only cheese nachos-which no one ordered. When asked for a partial refund, he kept ignoring and making excuses. Next step small claims court for this breach of contract! Beware who you give your money to. Soft-spoken and friendly people can also be liars.
