        Spent 4 hours in triple digit heat loading a tele-handler to be delivered to Ft Hall, ID. Broker stated the unit was 32,000lbs. Lacky #1 in the warehouse didn't have a clue. Startched shirt didn't know how much it weighed nor new what a bill of lading was for equipment crossing 4 state lines and 4,250lbs OVER 80,000lbs. 37,240lb unit. Starched shirt also stated "You're going to scale right?" Guess now we know why. Was told to return and offload after hours and that someone would be there. Offloaded in the street, so not to have to gear up with the over mandated PPE for an equipment move. Parked in the unit in the personal parking spot. Rang doorbell and Ring button. No answer. Lacky #2 was hiding in the back somewhere collecting overtime. Lost a $2500 job. $1500 of positive revenue screwing around with Sundt Phoenix. If you're an OTR driver, give this circus a miss.
