I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately things are past that point. I have already tried calling the company multiple times, left messages, and have not heard a thing after a couple of weeks. I am honestly not sure what this company is working on, but they have been around for months doing something with the utility box that is located in my front yard. They keep spraying painting rocks and putting up flags, then dont return for weeks only to redo. Its been this way for months and it seems they are finally doing work. When they began work, the workers used my front yard to take their lunch and smoke break, and used the window ledge of my garage as a seat. I get that they need to take breaks, but using my house to lounge on took it a little too far. To add to it, they left their drinks and trash in the front yard. Come on. Smoking in my front yard, no thank you. Im still cleaning up cigarette butts. Go somewhere else and do that. The workers dug up a massive hole in the front yard, taking out a giant section of a tree root. Hoping the integrity is not compromised but we will wait and see. When they were done working and filled the hole, they left huge chunks of dirt and a significant amount of the front yard gravel in the section of river rock. I had to finish raking up their mess, then go through and pressure wash the river rocks. They took some of our bags of rocks and just spread those out instead of spreading back out the rock that they moved. While this company was digging out my front yard, they dug out a section of my dropper line that goes to the plants in the front yard. They just left this section sitting in the rocks, positioned to look like it was was connected and going to the plants. It was just an unattached section of dropper line, so now I have to figure out how to fix that or pay someone to come and fix it. These guys had to have sat in their truck for over an hour without working, waited until 5:00, then packed things up and left. I am very disappointed that I have to spend a half a day cleaning up the mess these people made and am still hoping to hear back from someone.
