Edison Midtown Condos

We are so glad we found and moved into The Edison. This condo is in a prime location, situated close to the light rail and several places we like to dine. I think the attribute we appreciate the most is the unique sense of community. We know and socialize with many neighbors and we all watch out for each other

Location and views are great cant wait for the new construction to be completed, love the 8 doors and high ceilings.

Lots of theft and property damage within the parking garage and storage areas. Doors propped open overnight by construction workers leaving residents vulnerable, non-residents roaming hallways at night, construction shrapnel littering outdoor common areas that will cut a dog's paws, near-constant alarms going off, and a virtually unreachable property manager. Don't trust the advertised "secure bike storage area". Used to feel like a safe, clean building back in 2019. Sadly, that is no longer the case.

I've owned multiple condos at the Edison for over three years. The building has solid construction, sensible floor plans, and overall an aesthetically pleasing design. The neighbors are great, there is a real sense of community here. There are some issues with the HOA, which is run by the developer - these should be resolved once the residents are seated on the board. This was once a "diamond in the rough" - but now Midtown development is really picking up, with numerous new buildings/shops/schools on Central. The second tower at Edison is nearing structural completion, so the 1 star review below can be dropped.
