Terrible service. No response to complaints. I got a last minute invite to an event, and I needed some updated business cards, so naturally I went with the rush service offered though AlphaGraphics. I had to call several times to make sure that the order was going through, and half the time, they couldn't find my order, and I had to keep submitting it, until eventually they just gave me an email address that I could directly submit them to. Once I finally got them, they were missing some of the features that I had paid for, such as a glossy finish and rounded edges. I later emailed them to address this, and I never received a response. I then found an email for the manager, and send them an email as well, but also received no response.

Thomas has been great to work with. Thomas came through on a deadline that another printing company had missed. The other company failed to get our post cards out last January for our biggest event of the year, but Alpha Graphics saved us. This resulted in me placing all my subsequent orders with Alpha Graphics. Alpha Graphics proofs are always timely, their information is accurate, their quality of postcard mailers are great, and always mail our postcards on time. There was a slight issue on the last two postcard mailer orders, where there was a streak down the middle of the postcard. The ink seems to have come off. I sent a picture to Thomas, and he suspected that it is happening at the USPS post office. He recommended that Alpha Graphics UV coat the next run to protect the postcards from the streaking issue. I am very happy with the service, quality, and timeliness at Alpha Graphics. Alpha Graphics has become our go to printing house for our neighborhood block watch post cards. They quickly get the post cards ready for review and sent out for print every time. It has been a pleasure doing business with Alpha Graphics!
