0 stars is not an option so i guess i have to put 1 for this place that is supposedly supposed to keep your belongings secure. To start, they have no mgr on the premises if ever, so that is a red flag I would use to deter anyone from using this place. 2nd off, they have a serious problem of letting the homeless use the premises as a place to hang out and do whatever they feel like doing up to and including breaking in units, my brother has 3 units that he had to travel from another state to come back here to get what is left of his belonging after the aforementioned homeless problem got a hold of some of his stuff, family heirlooms and other valuable stuff just gone. This is not a way to run a business, have a mgr on duty at the location and hire security to watch the place and get the homeless out of there so this don't happen to others. The police reports have been filed and the news crew is gonna hear all about it too as they have that lined up to call out this very unorganized, unsafe, and just downright horrible company.

Unit A115. Moved out a month ago. i'm posting here since all phones don't get answered and simply loop in a hold to voicemail option only. Obviously that's not checked either. Not happy with these late payment messages well after ive been moved out. Not sure how this isn't known since there was no lock on the open unit. Please update whatever you need to.
