I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my treatment plan. They provided a variety of treatment options and I always felt better after visiting. Thank you to everyone at this office for being so kind and compassionate after my traumatic accident. It means a lot!

New patient experience: Used Car Salesman Front office, intake and Dr. were all great. I was asked to make a second appointment to review the treatment plan. This is where 1 star comes into play. The team member began by having me watch a video of the benefits of chiropractic care "not only for adjustments but as a lifestyle", to which I requested to not watch (then had to insist on not wanting to watch the video twice- I have previously been under the care of a chiropractic Dr.) She then went on to tell me that I could try electrode patches for free that day but could also purchase. I let her know I already had a tens unit at home. "Oh, this is so much better than a tens unit, you'll see" After 10 minutes, I apologized and asked the purpose of the appointment and was told it was to review the treatment recommendations from the Dr.. I asked that we cover that piece, as that is what I was anxious about. The team member then went into poor neck posture caused my looking down at screens. (I was in a car accident, I am stiff from that and needed to have that issue addressed, not stretching while in traffic.) I left the appointment and said it wasn't for me before we ever even got to how I was going to get better. I don't know of anyone who is not overburdened, stressed and busy, that 15 minute encounter took over an hour out of my day. I needed help, not to be judged for poor posture and have a used car salesman feel. I'm sure there will be a very polite response but I no longer feel comfortable.

An amazing team with a fantastic Dr at it's core. Everytime I come here I always leave feeling better, whether it's for a quick adjustment, or a follow up on a specific area of pain management. It's rare these days to find folks who are genuinely concerned with your comfort and we'll being, but no shortage here with Dr. Cathcart and his staff.

I highly recommend this place! Friendly staff. A kid area for them to be happy and entertained. They are more worried about helping and giving you knowledge than money! How it should be! Great place!
