Hello. I have a defective low back and was hesitant to get chiropractics until I got some tests and my first treatment from Dr. Al. He explained everything I needed before he did any ajustments so I wasn't caught off guard. The first ajustment gave me more relief than I expected and each one after has really helped me. I can get on the floor and play with my 2 year old again, I sleep way better at night, and also I'm more effective at work. Dr. Al also make sure I knew the right exersizes that keep my back good. If anybody is hesitant to get chiropractics I say to see Dr. Al and I'm sure you'll be as happy as me. Thanks for giving me back my life, Dr. Al !!
