Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I've been with Cricket for over a decade and I'm very happy with them. Their stores are always clean and well run if a bit understocked. BUT THIS STORE IS AWFUL. The clerk was rude and abrupt. It was an hour before closing but the store slowly filled with young men coming in in ones, twos or threes, just loitering. The clerk all but ordered me out of the store, after waiting behind a family that was making a complicated purchase for 40 minutes. I was very uncomfortable with the crowd of young men. I left. Went to another Cricket store and they were as expected polite and professional.

I came to this location at 35th avenue and Greenway 2 days in a row and there's a sign on the window today telling me it will reopen at 2:40 p.m. it is now 3:15 and the next closest store is 191ave n BellI have been sitting here for almost a half an hour waiting for someone to show up so whoever is running the store apparently is not running it and letting whoever run the store do what they want bad business here and literally really upsetting this is close to my home I just head back operation I have a back brace a walker and I'm doing the best that I can but now I got to go find anotherstore

Do not do not do not shop here you get exactly what you pay for the phone does not hold a charge I'm pretty sure it's refurbished and I was lied to and told it wasn't and the bill came to do much earlier than 30 days so now I have no cell phone during the holiday season unless I give them 60 bucks early because I activated on 11/22 and the bill should be due 12/22 when I politely called the store I was told that there's nothing that could be done about this never will I ever shop at this location again completely unprofessional cricket is the used car salesman of phone companies when I called customer service to try to sort this issue out of my own the wait times were an hour to speak with someone I'm thoroughly dissatisfied in the phone the representative that handled the sale of the phone and the company overall the only thing I can say is the signal wasn't too bad for a cheap phone but do not do not do not shop here
