Metro by T-Mobile 7227 S Central Ave,

I got tricked into buying an iPhone that the girl said she was positive was 5G capable. I called Metro and they said there was nothing they could do about it

This was a very small Metro in the food city, but didnt lack any customer service or the product I needed . I had called around asking about 20 different metros if they had iPhones and this was the only Metro that still had them in stock. We went in and Rene was extremely helpful! He was very friendly and had lots of patience, offered us water and helped us set up the phone. Very great customer service! Thanks Rene!!

Customer service is lacking. The representative decided who she wanted to help-'not first come first serve. She also quoted 2 different prices. Not going back.

The people who work here are very attentive, especially Destiny, and I don't remember the other girl's name. She is the best metro pcs store and the best service. I recommend them.
