        I asked my bf to pay my bill. The lady told him they were going to send me a code to verify my account which they did not do. All i got was a text that my bill was due. Not helpful at all. Lazy lousy service .

While helping three other customers at the same time, Ashley provided great customer service with each of us all while being attentive.
