Called to get a quote, and the person who answered was watching some video and didn’t realize he had received a call. After I asked what was going on cause I was just listening to some video unrelated to his service, he was mostly unprofessional on the phone. When I asked for a quote over the phone for a couch he said he can’t give a quote without a picture of the couch. I said I wasn’t okay with doing that, he said I could look for business elsewhere. Company is very unprofessional and I’m glad I didn’t end up pursuing its business any further.
