        Totally incompetent staff. I was told 2 months ago they would schedule a procedure. They will call me I was told. I dont need to do anything Im told. We will call you in a few days I was told. Well it is 2 months later and Ive never heard from these idiots. Ive called them at least a dozen times. They lost my records, they lost the notes, they promise to call me back. Nothing. Zero. Ive never seen such total stupidity ever before. Avoid CVC at all costs.
