First of all, the above is not my real name just staying anonymous. Dr. Nguyen put a hole in my throat during a TEE scope procedure prior to a cardioversion, and I ended in the hospital for over 2 weeks, unable to eat and absolutely miserable . I asked him and his office assistant Connie just to pick up the out of pocket co-pays and they sent me to their insurance office who denied the claim saying it was an "inherent risk." Is this someone you want taking care of you? I am currently on a public information/education campaign to make sure I tell as many people about this so this Quack loses his practice once and for all.
