I am very grateful to Dr Desai and the staff for a wonderful first visit! The staff were very friendly and helpful, putting me at ease in a new office. If you've needed to visit a drs office, then you know how valuable that is, especially when feeling drained from the very problem you're there to address! In my experience, the best Drs are the ones that believe the patient is worth listening to and believe that we can learn from each other. I didn't just feel listened to, I felt heard. I felt Dr desai was considering everything, including symptoms that may be easily overlooked. I so appreciate that Dr Desai is straightforward, honest, and respectful. our conversation was very thorough and I learned so much. My questions were answered and before leaving, follow ups were set, plans in place for the meantime, and multiple places to choose from for additional testing WITH recommendations of who and what to ask for. I did not feel lost, and i did not feel rushed or pressured. I look forward to my follow up and would highly recommend Dr Desai!

Dr. DESAI is dedicated to keeping all ber patients heart healthy. She is very thorough and takes time for each person as needed.

Very expensive and they didn't accept insurance for BCBS. I dropped $4700 and we still have no idea what is wrong. I had a sleep study done, but never got to know the results because you have to pay for an appt to review the results of every test, and I was out of a job and out of money. Still battling with hypertensive issues and now chest pain, 15 ER visits in 4 years, and I am not even 40. Extremely sad. Your money means everything here.

Dr. Desai was a big disappointment. I would definitely not reccomend her. They claim to be in network for my insurance but do not follow the rules for in network providers and tried to charge me an additional $350 in addition to my insurance which covered the visit at 100 percent. Essentially they double dip and collect the full amount of the visit from both me $350 and my insurance $350 for $700 total! This is just for an office visit! The staff mentioned they may return money back to me that my insurance reimbursed them at some point in the future like a deposit. Well i dont trust that they would actually give the money back! And why should I loan your office money ! This is the only dr office i have ever heard of that does this! No thank you! I found a better cardiologist elsewhere that doesn't require me to loan them money and hope they pay me back!
